Ingredients:
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 cup mixed greens
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
Prepare quinoa: according to package instructions.
