Vegan Chili

Ingredients:
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a pot: sauté onion and garlic until soft.
Stir in: kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, corn, and chili powder. Season with salt and pepper.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes: stirring occasionally.
