Ingredients:
1 5 oz can tuna, drained
1/2 stalk celery, minced
1/2 tablespoon dill relish
1 1/2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large romaine/butter lettuce leaves
Instructions:
Make Tuna Salad: In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, minced celery, dill relish, mayonnaise, red onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
