Sausage Crescent Roll CAsserole
This crescent roll Breakfast Casserole makes mornings easier and more delicious! Perfect for brunch or any special occasion, it's filling, flavorful, and easily customizable to suit everyone at the table.
Ingredients:
Mini breakfast sausages
1 tube crescent roll dough
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cooking oil or spray
Instructions:
Preheat Oven to 375°F
Cook Sausage: In a large skillet, cook breakfast sausages over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, breaking them into crumbles as they cook & drain excess fat
Prepare Dough: Unroll crescent roll dough into greased 13x9-inch baking dish, seal seams and perforations to form a crust
Assemble: Sprinkle cooked sausage evenly over the crescent dough & top with shredded mozzarella
Bake: Place in 375°F oven and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until dough is golden brown & cooked through
Serve: Let stand for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
