Mushroom pasta

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz fusilli pasta

  • 12 oz Mushrooms

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of ground pepper

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 tbsp Butter

  • 1 3/4 cup heavy cream

  • Fresh thyme or finely chopped parsley

  • 1 tsp Soy sauce

  • ½ oz. Parmesan, finely grated

Instructions:

  1. Cut mushrooms and garlic into pieces

  2. Over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté mushrooms garlic and yellow onion for 3 minutes

  3. Add garlic and let sauté until golden.

  4. Add heavy cream.

  5. Add salt and pepper

  6. Cook pasta and mix with sauce

  7. Serve with parmesan cheese and thyme as topping
