Mushroom pasta

Ingredients:
16 oz fusilli pasta
12 oz Mushrooms
Pinch of salt
Pinch of ground pepper
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp Butter
1 3/4 cup heavy cream
Fresh thyme or finely chopped parsley
1 tsp Soy sauce
½ oz. Parmesan, finely grated
Instructions:
Cut mushrooms and garlic into pieces
Over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté mushrooms garlic and yellow onion for 3 minutes
Add garlic and let sauté until golden.
Add heavy cream.
Add salt and pepper
Cook pasta and mix with sauce
Serve with parmesan cheese and thyme as topping
