Mini Meatball Subs
These Meatball Subs are a crowd-pleaser! Juicy meatballs topped with marinara sauce and melted cheese are served on soft slider buns for the perfect handheld meal. Ideal for parties or a family dinner, these sliders are fun, flavorful, and sure to satisfy everyone's cravings!
Ingredients:
12 mini meatballs - store-bought or homemade
2 small whole wheat rolls or slider buns
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Heat Meatballs: In a saucepan, heat the mini meatballs with marinara sauce over medium heat until warmed through.
Prepare Rolls: While the meatballs heat, slice the rolls or slider buns in half.
Assemble Subs: Place 6 meatballs in each roll and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
