Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:
8 oz Rigatoni Pasta
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook Macaroni: Boil a large pot of salted water and cook Rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Make Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Stir in shredded cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine: Add cooked pasta to the cheese sauce, stirring until well-coated.
Serve: Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese or breadcrumbs if desired.
