Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Rigatoni Pasta

  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • 4 tablespoons flour

  • 2 cups milk

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook Macaroni: Boil a large pot of salted water and cook Rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Make Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Stir in shredded cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Combine: Add cooked pasta to the cheese sauce, stirring until well-coated.
