Mac & Cheese Cups

Get the comfort of mac and cheese in a fun, portable form with our Mac and Cheese Cups! These cheesy, baked cups are perfect for a quick meal or snack. Packed with flavor and easy to make, they’re a kid-friendly favorite that adults will love too!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • Optional Breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.

  2. In a bowl combine cooked macaroni, shredded cheese, milk, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cups are golden and set.

  5. Let cool slightly before removing from the tin. Pack for a tasty and cheesy lunch!
