Chocolate Protein Balls

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup ground flaxseed - optional
Instructions:
Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, chocolate protein powder, mini chocolate chips, and ground flaxseed if using.
Mix Well: Stir until all ingredients are fully combined. The mixture should be sticky and hold together.
Form Balls: Use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Chill: Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
