Buff Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:
4 medium russet potatoes
Olive oil
Salt to taste
Optional toppings - butter, sour cream, cheese, chives
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F
Prepare Potatoes: Scrub potatoes under cold water. Dry and prick several times with a fork. Rub with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
